A very friendly speaker

I installed this in a Fender Princeton 112 Plus amp. It's just a great sound. Calm controlled highs, solid mids, and authoritative bass. Turn it up a bit and it goes through walls with ease. I turned on a looper and walked upstairs in the house and it sounded like there was a live band playing the place. At low volumes it make a nice practice buddy. I usually play it with a You Dirty Rat as it gives me a little compression. There is very little ear fatigue with this speaker.I prefer it to the Vintage 30 and to just about every 10" speaker I've tried for most purposes.Only thing is this speaker took a while to break in. It sounds a little stiff out of the box but a couple dozen hours later it sounds much more relaxed and open. It is fun to play it and see how much better it gets.

This replaced a muddy sounding speaker in my Fender Blues Deluxe. This speaker has a great and tight bottom end and creamy highs and mids. It also increased the volume slightly. I play a lot of classic rock and blues and it fit this genre perfectly. Eminence makes some great gear. I would definitely look at more of their products for future needs.

I have a custom speaker set up with 2 Red, White, and Blues with 2 Cannabis Rex in an X pattern in my cab. This is a nice speaker that has a good, and bright high end. It has a nice little break up when push hard, but it still sound nice. If you want a real nice jazz sound pair this with a Cannabis Rex. This speaker combo is a good switch hitter also. If you are wanting straight rock or blues sounds this is the speaker for you.
