remote control switch

This remote control switch works just like a manual switch except that it is operated by a remote control and has a turning LED to indicate the current position. Note that there is a wire running between the remote control and the switch, but this is not displayed in some photos of the product. It is not a wireless switch as you might be led to believe. The wire connects to the inside part of the curve, but it is easy to move to the outside, which makes it easier to route it where you want it to go. Supposedly you can also move the LED from the inside of the curve to the outside, but I have not done this. The only thing I have against this product is the fact that the wire for the remote is only 6 feet long. This makes it difficult to place the remote where you like in even a reasonably sized layout. Therefore, I rewired my switch using some 22/4 cable from my local hardware store. I replaced the 6 foot cable with 15 feet of cable and it works great. The wires are only secured by screws so it was pretty easy to do. Be aware that this probably voids the warranty though. The remote control itself is pretty neat since it has a light inside that changes color as the switch position changes. There are also numbered lenses that you may slide over this light so that you may number your switches. One minor complaint is that these lenses are rather tricky to insert and remove though. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

broke in ten minutes

I ordered a left hand and a right hand swith.the left hand one still works fine,but the right hand one stopped working in about ten minutes.I sent the defective one back and am waiting for a refund.Having a remote switch makes the experience so much more fun.

Fastrack Manual Switch

Received switch in perfect condition and it performs well, as expected. This switch was purchased to replace a previous manual switch that was too easily broken due to metal casting switch position indicator was accidentally hit with the swipe of my hand while working in the area.

Good fans

Athough most Hunter fans are a bit pricey, this model is reasonably priced. Even at this price point, you get a high quality, reliable fan. I have purchased three Hunter fans for my current home after owning Hunter brand fans in my previous home that were going strong after 10 years with no issues. These fans are quiet, operate smoothly and installing isn't that difficult as long as you follow the instructions. These fans will provide a long time of use and Hunter stands behind their fans as well with their warranty.This is reasonably priced here in comparison to the box stores.

Hunter Hudson 42inch ceiling fan

When I did a search for a 42inch ceiling fan with LIGHT and this fan came up. I have bought Hunter ceiling fans before so I very much trust them. But when I received this Hunter Hudson fan, it did not have a LIGHT. You would have to buy a light attachment for an additional $50. That was a great disappointment and I had to return it right away and bought another ceiling fan with an actual light attachment. I'm only giving a 3 star because I do enjoy Hunter products.

king mid-size?

Carl Zeiss Victory FL Binoculars (8x32) After purchase I compared these, at leisure, to Leica Geovid 8x42 first and second generation, Leica 8x32 BA, Zeiss 7x42,and Swarovski 10x42 EL, among others. Amazing. Virtually the same field of view as the geovids and actually look brighter. In low light, it was very close. The only binocs that might be better than these for low light were the ELs. I did not expect these 8x32s to be competitive with a size larger binocs. If I just wanted to look, and didn't care about ranging, I'd leave the bigger glass home, unless I wanted the unmatched fov of the 7x42 Ziess, or the detail offered in the 10x42 EL. Both those sets of glass stand up to, or offer some advantage over, this newer Zeiss 8x32. On the other hand, I was surprised at how close my not-brand-new Leica 8x32s were. And how thin was the eye relief advantage of the new Zeiss' over them. (I wear glasses, and I selected these from the similar offerings by Leica and Swarovski based largely on eye relief.) My Leica 8x32s were half the price of these perhaps 5-7 years ago. Exchange rate changes, perhaps. Seems all the new premium binocs are around 2m. Based on this experience, they might all be perceptibly better than the same top-of-the-line stuff from a few years back. And here I'm fully stocked with those. Ugh. Highly recommended.

"Horsepower"!

The Aggie AG500SC is one of the easiest amps to use yet extremely versatile.It has SERIOUS POWER that seems to exceed it's 500 watt rating. Feels like it has endless reserve when demands are put on it. It's tone is great set flat and little tweeking is required to compensate for environmental differences.Equally at home on a funk or rock gig and anything in between. It is super versatile sounding; it can be warm, modern, edgy or vintage sounding. Truly, this is one of the best amps I've ever heard in my 40 years of playing. Construction is TOP NOTCH and Aguilar's customer service is FANTASTIC! I would imagine this amp lasting for a very long time.

Great Clean Punchy Tone!!!!

I was introduced to AGUILAR brand when I purchased the Tone Hammer, I was so impressed with the quality and versatility of that stomp tank that I had to have more!!!That's when I started looking for a good amp head and I discovered the Aguilar AG 500SC bass head and it change my bass life for good.Great response, great clean punchy tone and most important...reliable. I play in a extremely "LOUD" rock band and cutting thru the mix was always a challenge. That changed with the Aguilar Tone Hammer and The AG 500SC. It's powerful and can stand a loud guitar player as the one in my band (he currently uses a Laney 4x10 Tony Iommi half stack) and that thing is loud.I'm no tech guy to go on and try to explain every button or setting of this amp I'll just say that for me it was a big $$ investment and I choose it to other brands (cheaper). It's a great amp head and so far (12 gigs later of true loud rock) it's still o top of the game.Many thanks AGUILARCheers!!!

The HW device works great. It's a tad louder than my Dell desktop on the average, so I would recommend the next generation address the fan and hard drive power control.The Memeo Software has a couple things I do not like:1. No control over when backups take place.2. The upgrade software (done it twice) is a tad buggy but I eventrually got it going by doing manual un-installs and folder deletions. For Memeo 2.0 I had to create a folder and copy over a "redemtion.dll" file so that outlook would be happy. Why would Memeo need to mess with outlook???3. The memeo software effectively disables automatic standby. This is a big issue to me. I have a bug report into Memeo for that.

Good 400gig NAS

There is no software for my Apple, but the software to control it worked with my PC lap top. The drive works with apple thru a hub. The Net/1000 speed did not get over a 2megs per second data rate. I needed faster. The NAS works good otherwise. I'm using firewire 800 to achieve 15+megs per second read/write data transfer rates instead. Very good stand alone NAS drive with capabilities more than I exspected. The phone service was great and understandable.

Awesome heat, little difficult to control temperature.

I got this burner for home brewing beer at the recommendation of one of the homebrew forums I read regularly. The box arrived in a little bit rough shape, but everything worked great. Very easy to use, just hook up to a propane tank similar to the way you hook up a gas grill.It generates a lot of heat! This is a mixed blessing as it gets a good boil going, but I found it a little bit difficult to control the heat (getting it to slow down enough to not over boil).For my own use, I run it with the lowest amount of air/gas available (lowest flame), but if you are in need of serious heat or doing some serious outdoor cooking this burner does the job!Pros: Lot of flame, easy to use, easy to setup.Cons: Little difficult to control the heat as the lowest setting still runs a bit hot.

This is a great burner for quick heating of 10gallons of water. It heats 10 gallons from around 50F to boiling in around 20 minutes. It does not come with a pot. It eats gas.

Excellent Quality

This is the second burner that I have purchased from "Bayou Classic". This burner roars literally when you crank it up. The burner arrived in NEW condition as expected and worked just fine. My only complaint is that it goes through propane really fast, I recomend buying a "20 PSI Regulator". My other "Bayou Classic" burner of similar design runs on a 20PSI regulator and puts out over 155,000 BTU's and will make 3 to 4 all grain batches of beer on one(per burner) 17 pound propane tank. I use my burners for homebrewing and they do a great job. I highly recommend this product.
