Good quality

We are pleased with this tarp. I searched local hardware stores and comparatively speaking this was a great buy. I like the color because it blends in with natural surroundings. It is a good thickness, does not get as easily affected by the sun, wind, etc. We live in Hawaii and the sun can be brutal on most anything outdoors. This item arrived promptly, exactly as depicted here on amazon.

Fabric not of equal quality

Upon arrival, I was happy with the tarp. After less than 6 months the quality started showing, portions of the tarp started to deteriorate and you could start seeing through it. You could see different qualities of material as it was on the seamed sections, some going bad and some still looked new. Now after only one year, I am replacing it as it is starting to shred and leaking everywhere. By the w

Great high quality cables

These are very high quality and long enough to do a decent sized run. The cable is really really stiff so be aware that you will not be able to do any tight corners with this one. It is also very expensive now, I managed to get mine for considerable less so keep your every open for a sale or if they change lengths.

Wonderful.....

I could not have been more pleased when I received this product. Not only was it longer than I was thinking, whether that was due to my misunderstanding the metric to standard conversion or not is debatable, but the cable itself was of a much higher quality than I was expecting for the 15.00 that I paid for them. I use these cables to send a signal from my PC across the room to my 30" widescreen TV, so that I can watch movies through my PC, and things of that nature. This has worked to perfection. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing high quality cables for a little bit of money...........

Niles speakers Rock!

Just wanted to take a moment to complement these fine outdoor speakers. I was on my new patio the other night listening to various music and relaxing. These speakers are very versatile and sound as good as my Boston Acoustics speakers I have indoors. Admittedly they have been babied and only sit outside during spring and summer weather... But they deliver excellent sound quality for both low volume and high volume listening. Of course if you love bass you might have to go upscale a bit..but for me I am very pleased with the RS6s..

Awesome Outdoor Sound

If you're searching for a great pair of outdoor speakers, look no further. Have had these Niles Audio rock speakers for over a year and they sound as good as the day I got them despite sitting outside all winter and through many heavy rain storms. The sound range is amazing with high highs and low lows across rock, jazz, and classical music. They are neither tinny or hollow sounding, and bass comes through pretty well even at low volumes. These speakers blend in great with the landscape, with many vistors to our patio never even noticing where the great sound is coming from. Since it's hard to test outdoor speakers in an audio store, take my word for it -- you won't be disappointed!

This was a great price for a replacement and it works even better than the one that came on my Explorer. When the antenna goes up, it's very quiet - can't hear it at all. It is a big loud when retracting after being turned off, but not to the point of annoying and certainly a small flaw for the outstanding reception.

Great variation on a great game

I played the original Carcassone before playing Carscassone the City. Both games are great, but they're not really different enough for most people to bother owning both.Both games have the advantage of quick, easy setup, since the game is building the board. They both work well with two players (or more). They've also got a near perfect balance of strategy and luck. Enough strategy to make the game engaging every time you play but enough luck to prevent cut-throat competition and hurt feelings (most of the time). They're also both easy to learn; one game was enough for me to understand the rules of either (though the certainly sound complicated at first)So on to the differences:-Something about the farms in Carcassone confuses me; it just takes so much effort to figure out where the borders are. The markets in Carcassone the City serve a similar role but are much easier to understand.-Carcassone the City also has the fancy wooden box if you care about those things. Personally, I prefer the cardboard box that seems to be designed for the pieces to the big open box.-Carcassone the City has some interesting twists/variations on Carcassone that make the game more interesting and fun.-However, Carcassone the City does not work with the expansions to Carcassone. You're limited to 4 players and the current pieces and rules.If you ever want to play with more than 4 people, get Carcassone and an expansion set (I recommend Traders and Builders). If you're okay with the four person limitation and no expansions, Carcassone the City is definitely more interesting and fun than Carcassone without expansions.

Amazing, the most lovely Carcassonne

I have most Carcassone series products, but this stand alone game is my most favorite. 1. All wood parts, that's amazing. I do love the quality comparing with other paper Caracssone parts. The only thing to be careful is the box of Carcassonne The City, which didn't make with good materials as playing parts, so the metal part connected top cover and box body might be broken in accident. 2. The game play is similar as Carcassone, but all locations are within the city with adding gate and wall pieces to increase extra fun from other Carcassone products. 3. My family only has 4 players, so this box is most easier for us to enjoy Carcassone fun without endless expensions and playing time because it alreay provided the essential key parts of the Carcassone. I would say if you want a less than one hour game of Carcassone for a small party less than 4 players. This is a MUST have Carcassone for you. If you have huge 4 to 6 player party with 3 more hours to kill, another Carcassone Big Box is also a cool product for you.

Nice simple version of the bigger game

I love the quality of this product. The wood pieces and sturdy tiles are a nice tactile treat. The end result of the game is also pleasing to look at and different every time. The game play is similar to the larger game and may be easier to follow for newbies. A little bit of luck and a little bit of skill with a dash of the artistic feel to it. I love this product. I may even prefer it to the larger Carcassone game with it's multiple add-ons.

Great analog oscilloscope. It does everything you could expect from 1960's technology, especially for the price (oscilloscopes are really expensive). I'm not willing to shell out $1000+ for a digital scope, but I long for their features. If you just need a basic scope with simple features, this is probably the best deal you're going to find.

Excellent Family Game

This is an excellent family game which is especially suitable for families with age gaps between children. We have 3 children, ages 4, 6, and 12. This is one of the few games where everyone can compete equally, as the younger children seem to have much better memories for where the vampires are buried.The quality of the materials and artwork is very good, much higher quality than Candyland. The theme is great, my children are enthralled by vampires. These vampires are happy and cute, not scary, to me they look more like gnomes.The game play is simple, be the first one to bury all your vampires inside the graves. Each of your vampires is a color, when you flip over a grave lid you are trying to match the back of the lid to the color of your vampire. There are some twists with garlic, plagues, and stakes.This game takes 30 minutes to play. This is quite a while for younger kids, but I don't find my younger ones bored or phasing out. They love this game. It's one of the best games we've purchased to play with our children.

High quality construction with very good artwork. Very simple rules with good chances that the youngster may win over the adult! The game goes beyond a basic "memory" game by adding interesting "twists" to preventing a player from burying all his vampires, and inadvertantly gaining extra vampires from the other players. Playability and "fun-ness" is enhanced with more players playing the better. Skill level is a function of your memory! Overall a good theme (vampires), equal opportunities for both youngsters and oldsters to win, and simple play lasting about 30 minutes renders this game an excellent "family" fun time.

More chairs please!

Overall, I really like this set. The cloth chair covers and tablecloth look so real. The smaller pieces such as the food are molded onto the trays so as not to get lost which I also like. This set has so much more detail than any of the previous dining rooms made by Fisher Price too. Although I like all their dining rooms, this one is so much more up to date and looks so much more authentic than the others. I would like to see four chairs instead of just two. If you have two children, they don't have anywhere to sit unless you use the tall chairs for the snack bar from the Twin Time dollhouse. They aren't the same size, but they do seem to blend pretty well except for the height. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This is a small dining room set, yes, but if you have the Twin Time doll house you need a small set. The rooms are very small in that dollhouse. So if you want a dining room set that fits, get this one!The grandfather clock and buffet with tea service are oh so cute and can be used in other parts of the house as well.

After the kitchen set, this is probably one of the best sets to have for your dollhouse. It comes with lots of pieces. The drawer opens in the buffet table, the tablecloth and chair covers are removeable, and there are several food pieces (cupcake tower, tea set, etc.). It also has much nicer colors and fabrics than the other sets.Other reviewers that have said more chairs would be nice, but I would take that a step further. A long rectangle table with room for the family would be more fun.

The Review to Guarantee My Entrance Into Geekdom

Okay, I admit it, I am a nerd. Okay I said it...what a relief...I'm glad I got this off my chest now I don't have to keep living a lie. I have been entranced by Star Wars since I first saw it in 1977. I wasn't even in my teens yet. After the movie I just sat there in my seat completely mesmerized. My dad stood up, "C'mon, Johnny...let's go..." I just kept looking into space, "Dad, my life is never going to be the same...ever..."Yoda is my favorite character. Always has been. Always will be. Even when I first saw him in the Empire Strikes back, I knew on a subconscious level of things, that he exuded everything that I wanted to be: wise, compassionate, insightful, childlike, and very, very strong...not physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually...he was alligned to Something greater than he and let it flow through him.We geeks like to call this 'the Force' but you can call it Energy, Universal Intelligence, or maybe even God...I consider myself a very spiritual being. I meditate, I pray, I immerse myself in Spiritual books, tapes, and movies and my Spirituality has seeped its way into every aspect of my life. I am not a closet believer. I do believe in a Divine Intelligence that binds and holds everything together, just like Obi Wan said in the 1977 movie that started it all. And even though I believe that all of us are Spiritual Beings and are basically masters trapped in neophyte bodies, there have been some that have allowed this Power to move through them, as them.Think Jesus, Buddah, Krishna, Yoda...yes, Yoda...and because I believe that Yoda is an ascended master he is on my altar along with other deities that encompass the things I joyfully strive to bring forth.This is a great representation and belongs on every serious Star Wars fanatics shelf. It's not some cheap little model or some plastic, goofy representation. It's very authentic looking and embodies Yoda's wisdom and his heart. I do not consider it "an idol" or a "graven image"...my old religious training coming out...I see it as a gentle reminder to practice those things that add rather than take away from the human experience.Well, I'm gonna go now and play with my Yoda...I mean, I'm going to meditate and reflect on the Inner power within me...Have a day filled with blessings and May the Force Be With You...Yes. I am a geek.

It's "okay"

I thought the living room would be a must-have for the Twin Time dollhouse, but really the only appealing piece of this set for the kids is the dog. There really isn't a good space for this set in the dollhouse, because the house comes with a blue armchair (this set comes with a blue recliner). The lamp is ok (the headphones attached are kind of cute). But the kids aren't that interested in this set. If you're trying to decide between what sets to get, I would get the kitchen & bathroom and possibly parents' bedroom first before getting this one. My kids love the toilets that come with the bathroom. ;-)

Perfest for the Grand Doll House

My daughter bought this for her grand dollhouse she received from her grandparents. Very cute and goes well in that dollhouse. However, the price listed here on Amazon is way out of line. If you pay more than Fisher Price's list price of $12, you're crazy. We paid $10.95. The $49.95 listed here is a complete ripoff.

What the shiznits is wrong with the price?

I grew up playing with the Fisher Price Loving Family dollhouse and sets and I bought this one for my little sister who inherited my massive collection. This set is good, but not my favorite. I liked the bookshelf best, as it fits perfectly into any corner of your dollhouse. The little lamp and table are also small and since they're not the traditionally square tables that Fisher Price used to put out for the Loving Family doullhouses (dollhomes?), it also fits into small little nooks and crannies. Other than that, the little shelving unit was almost never used when we were decorating the house and the oversize recliner was sometimes difficult to fit into one of the smaller rooms.It's all extremely durable, as usual and my sister enjoys it. However, I'm pretty sure I paid like ten to twelve dollars for this. Seventy bucks? What the crap? Do they want a kidney and my firstborn child, too? Save your money and look for this set at Toys R Us.
