Keep it simple

I installed this product on my home in the mtns. with a lot of trees, worked great. Installed very quickly, stays clean, leaves blow off, roof gutters now flow water to down spouts, was concerned with freezing but so far none. I had wire screens, pain to install, cut hands,screens hadto remove to clean. With the brush it slips in and out quickly, I spray water from a hose and any thing left washs out. NO stallation fees. Nothing is perfect but this is gggreat.

Superb Gutter Brush Product and Superb Ladder-Max Service

I obtained this product from Ladder-Max and have been using it for one year now, giving me the benefit of an entire "leaf" season and enough time to make a meaningful review. I placed the Gutter Brushes in all areas of my roof prone to leaf accumulation - total of 90 feet. Easy to install and no maintenance. The leaves falling on the brushes either blow away or disintegrate with a little time and therre is no gutter clog of any kind. I am very happy with the product - it does exactly what it is advertised to do and the cost is by far the lowest compared with similar products. I have dealt with Ladder-Max before and find them to provide consistently prompt and high quality customer-oriented service in every regard. I highly recommend Ladder-Max to one and all.

OK but better products on market

Installed product on 30 feet of gutters. The rest of the gutters I used the black "foam" product sold by COSTCO. The black "foam" product is much better. The gutter brush allows a lot of debris to accumulate on roof and on top of gutters and it looks messy as well as debris has gotten into the gutters. The COSTCO product has worked flawlessly and i intend on replacing the gutter brush with it very soon.

Excellent value

My wife and I have been very frustrated in the past. Despite being described as queen sized almost all of our comforters seemed to have been sized for full beds. Not this Laura Ashely comforter. It is plenty large for all queen sized beds, even those with high mattresses.We are also pleased with the overall quality of the comforter. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

poor workmanship

I returned two of these. The top portion is larger than the bottom and the quilting creates wrinkles & buckling that will not smooth out. You would expect a higher thread count for the money (felt like @ 180). Also, there was very little padding so you don't get what the pictures show.

I love my Laura Ashley Sophia items!

I have had my Sophia comforter set for several years so far, and I never get tired of it. It is just gorgeous and gives an elegant feel to my blue bedroom. I have the valances at the windows, and the matching towels, accessories, and wallpaper border in my master bath, and they make a lovely, coordinated oasis in our house.

Poor Quality

For the first time in all of my years ordering from Amazon, I'm really disappointed. The Prime 2-day shipping was excellent and on time as always. But the product was cheap and drab, arrived in an already used box without any receipt, and doesn't even fit the bed. Based on this experience, I would need to order a king-sized comforter set to fit my queen-sized bed. The matching shower curtain & window treatments look like they were made from old, poor quality pillowcases. The whole set looks like it was made in the 70's & is being recycled. I expected much more from a name-brand like Laura Ashley. I rarely return anything, even when it doesn't match my expectations, but I am sending this back immediately.

The bamboo is beautiful!

There are so many knife blocks sold by Amazon and I found it a daunting task to try to choose one. I had a couple of smaller knife blocks and then acquired another 6 knives Ginsu Shoku 05707 Japanese Stainless Steel Cutlery Set with Crimson Colored Handles and didn't have room for the magnetic hanger that came with them. I also didn't have the space on my counter for three smaller knife blocks. So I decided to get one that would replace the smallest one that I had, with enough space to accommodate the extra knives. I spent probably a week going back and forth between the different options, but I'm glad I finally settled on this one. (A knife block, after all, is something that I'll probably have for a gazillion years and have to look at every day!)It has the little metal Shun emblem on the bottom that you don't see on the Amazon photo but you'll see it in my video. The color is pretty close to what you see here, but if you use just a little Joyce Chen Bamboo Wood Oil, 8 Ounces which is a food-grade mineral oil it just brings out the wood grain and makes it even more beautiful. Bamboo is so attractive to begin with, but the oil just brings out the patterns in the bamboo. I bought this oil to use on my bamboo cutting board over a year ago and it works very well. I think you'll see that it adds something to the attractiveness of this block. And you use so little that the 8 oz bottle will probably last like forever.The slots are nice and wide (one of my old knife blocks, the one I re-cycled, had rather narrow slots which didn't work with the big knives.) I have a several little paring knives and little utility knives which I put in the bottom 6 slots, but you could just as easily use that for steak knives.I hope the video gives you a better idea of what this block looks like and helps you to make a decision. After all that time trying to decide, I'm glad that this is the one I ordered.

Better than Henckels Twin 22 slot

I couldn't decide if this block or the Henckels 22 slot would hold my 2 long 11" Victorinox bread knives, 2 Wusthoff Santokus, and 2 small Chicago Cutlery Santokus plus a couple other knives. I ordered them both and compared them side by side. The back corner of the Henckels is "blocked" so it sits 1" closer to the back wall on the counter than this block. However, I found the Shun bamboo wood block more aesthetically appealing and a nicer finish than the Henckels block. Also, the BIG difference is in the width of the knife slots. This block consistently for just about all slots was wider by 1/8" to 1/4" than the Henckels. For me, this small increase in width made the difference in getting all my knives in the block or not. If you have serious knives, then most of them are probably wide, and need this block. If your knives are narrow then the Henckels block would work fine. Both blocks were identical heighth. The steak knives are stored in a horizontal orientation in the Henckels block compared with this block. The large cleaver slot is towards the bottom of the face with this one, and towards the top of the block with the henckels block. As an added bonus, the 4 slots across the bottom on the Shun block are slightly wider than the Henckels block and therefore can accomodate a knife a little larger than a pairing or steak knife. The Henckels block has the same size slots along the bottom as used in the bottom section for steak knives. The opening for kitchen shears is the exact same width in both blocks, however, the heighth of the opening is less in this block as compared with the Henckels block and fits my cheap shears from Walmart better than the Henckels block did although both worked fine. As far as packaging is concerned, the Shun block is packaged better than the Henckels block. Both blocks have identical rubber feet on the bottom (screwed into the block). I assume both are made in China, (the Henckels is for sure). The Shun block is more expensive here on Amazon but worked better for my knife collection.

Nice block but slots too narrow

I recently bought a Kramer knife that is 2 3/8" wide at the handle. I was hoping, partly based on the reviews, that this block would accommodate it -- in addition to my cleaver. No such luck -- the slots other than the cleaver slot are only about 2 1/8" wide. If your knives fit in this dimension, it's a very nice block, but I wish the descriptions would give the slot widths.

cad 3000 is quite ok...the freebie...is so so

we like this cad 3000 thingiesitting in front of a good bass geeetar amp...it will blow you man.it does had a bassy overtone to any inputso beware...it is colored in that waynot a neutral mic...the other cad ..the cheaper one...2200is similar...but more noisy and lessdetailedfor the price...very well worth ithave fun with this 48v condenser !can be used on many instruments..even cello !

This sun looks really cool on my potting shed. It seems that stars have popped-up on everyone's homes, garages, and out buildings, so I wanted something unique, and this fits the bill. Classy Cranes

A Perfect Gift Idea

I purchased a pair of these cranes for a wedding and thought they made a good idea given the meaning of cranes. The cranes are sturdy and come with a beautiful verdi finish. They made the couple happy and we were glad we gave something they could use around the house. I will think about buying a pair for our home soon enough.
