Great Jacket

Leaving for United Kingdom Jan 16 to see new grand-baby. I wanted a long jacket water proof for the journey. Of course I have my long over coat. Guess which is not going! My hat I own is made of buffalo hide very heavy brown & water proof. so what better combo. I do want to check out those hat's when I have the chance.Keith Hardin 5 stars!!!!!

Cheaply Made

BY FAR THE WORST THING is the liner. It is a plaid, thin, cheap piece of crap that I quickly removed. The seams were so terrible that it was easy to do. It will keep rain off you, but it is also thin and soaked through on some parts, the seams mainly. I do love the look of this, but it will require additional maintenance to make it pleasing fashion-wise. First, there are loose threads everywhere! Second, the seams are not in the same place twice. I also noticed that is has bracket holes around the armpit seams. What are these for? To let rain in?Two things you can't see that it has is a lace inside the jacket to hold it closed at the waist. I removed this as it is hideous. Also, it has leg straps to keep the bottom from blowing up (handy, but I don't use them). All the buttons are snaps. Despite the thin material, this thing is heavy but also VERY warm.I could have done better for the price. 3 stars....

Great Case! (Just be sure to measure your gear before you buy)

I measured, and measured. I couldn't find a definitive resource detailing the specific interior dimensions (I won't even try to detail them myself). Point; the console was 34x22" (approx) and fit like a glove! No wiggle room whatsoever.The case seemed a little high on the price, but other than that - I think it will (and better) last a long time from gig to gig. So. Good stuff. I would recommend this case if you're needing a little protection for your consoles (or whatever you feel like putting in the case!).

Great product

I purchased this to help level a permanent wood foundation wall system. It allowed me to quickly and accurately place foundation wall sections without needing a level. The last wall piece joined up perfectly to the first piece I laid.When using this outdoors in bright, direct sunlight, it only has an effective range of about 10 or possibly 15 feet with a lot of squinting. On overcast days or when using it in shadows I was able to pick out the line from 25-30 feet away. At night or when using this indoors, there is no difficulty in picking up the line at any (reasonable) distance.

Good laser

This laser is very fast and effective for use with running T-bar acoustical ceilings, it's very quick and easy to mount and adjust compared to many lasers I have used and proves to be very accurate even when used for larger rooms.Due to it using 5 different laser emitters a drop can result in them being knocked out of alignment making it quite useless until repaired...

Everything and more

I work on offshore oil rigs and needed a bag that was rough, tough, and as waterproof as possible for my travels. I spent a year looking for the perfect bag and I'd have to say I think I've found it. I was a little worried about the Velcro flap but after using it I think it'll work just fine. The backpack straps do slip a little easier than I would like but so far not a problem at all. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I haven't really tested out it's waterproof abilities. So far I couldn't happier with this bag and think I'll have it for years.

Love this microscope

I ordered this for my 11-year-old daughter for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the scope. I had read many poor reviews about other cheaper brands and was a little leary about purchasing this microscope since there weren't any reviews yet. But i'm happy to report that this microscope works fine. It has a metal contruction instead of plastic and has a light in addition to a mirror. We haven't mastered the mirror yet, so its pretty important to have a light source. Since this microscope didn't come with any slides (which is a minor drawback), I also ordered a slide kit. We have had no problems zooming in on the specimens. We start on the low setting first, and then rotate to the higher power lenses. Which works great. I thought that only having a 400 zoom might be limiting since others boast a 900, but we can see all details clearly. The built in stop prevents us from cracking the slide which is also a plus. We also like that the scope tilts so you can adjust it according to your viewing comfort. And the different color filters are fun.All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase. My advice is to spend the extra money and buy this microscope.
