Also bought the paper holder, towel rack with it and it really does well bring together gold and chrome features of my remodel bath. I did a partial remodel , new vanity, floors kept the rest of the existing bathroom fixtures; it doesn’t look like the same bath, Saved us $$$ by doing it this way because I didn't have to tear out tub faucets and tub walls (to make the change) This style brings sophistication and elegance to once a track house bath to now one you would find in a custom home!With the faucet you really need to have an experienced Plummer to install the faucet (unless your general contractor has had experienced before with this type of faucet. It was more than my general contractor could do. Took Plummer less than 45 minutes to install faucet and valve, can’t say enough of how well this product looks. Pictures on web DO NOT do it justice.

Impossible to change cartridge

This faucet was in the house I bought, and has been leaking. I had an easy time replacing the cartridge to the Moen faucet in my downstairs bathroom so I thought this would also be easy--nope. Buying the cartridge was easy, finding the "special tool" was fruitless unless I want to wait to order it online. Nevermind buying this special tool--my faucet has a plastic retainer nut, which is what the tool would have been used to remove--it is so stuck the tool wouldn't have done a thing--imagine using metal to remove a stuck piece of plastic. So, right now the retainer nut is stripped and mangled because I had to beat the crap out of it and I'm wondering if in my efforts to fix the thing I'll be buying a new faucet.
