Love Wusthof knives. Excellent quality, sharp cutting. Very comfortable, smooth handle. Not heavy or bulky, slightly curved grip feels good in the hand.

if you are looking for a good knife but think you can't afford them think again. these knifes are great, very sharp, quality made that carry the wusthop trident with emeril affordabilty. don't cut yourself
