Great customer service!

I ordered this printer on a shoestring budget. It does exactly what I wanted it to do - print large format paper! When I got the printer I couldn't get it to work with Microsoft Vista. I called the company and the walked me through setting it up. When we still couldn't get it to work, they overnighted me an ethernet adapter (all at their cost) which let me connect and print. I love it!
