I am very happy with the pet carrier. There were no dissappointments and I received it less than 4 days. The only gripe I have with the product is with the open and close latch. It's spread far apart and makes it difficult to open it with one hand

Sadly, this is not as pictured... it is the new style, not the old favorite. Nevertheless it is - in my opinion -the best quality crate on the market.
