I originally ordered one of these and used it in my shower setup to have a hand held nozzle as well as the shower head off of a regular shower arm. Most of the plumbers I talked to had a difficult time understanding how I wanted to set up the tub and shower with both a regular shower arm and a hand held shower nozzle. Grohe was very helpful in explaining what parts would work and this was a recommended trim. It loos great and takes up very little room in a small shower so I purchased one for my tub/shower combo. I would have purchased another one originally, but there wasn't one available from amazon. I didn't want to order from another company, so I purchased another trim, but returned it as it was Massive. This one is perfect! My contractor said he thought the quality was very good. There are cheaper diverters, but the quality did not seem the same. I am glad I used Grohe.

I ordered this diverter trim 3 times from 4 different sources. When the plumbing supply houses couldn't get it, Amazon had it and delivered within a few days, for less money, too. The trim was needed to complete a bath remodel, which allowed me to be paid for the work. Amazon saved the job!
