Purchase and Return Process

I purchased a sink from Amazon.com. The model was based on a friend's recommendation. The sink was delivered per my expectations and on time; however, it did not fit the required criteria for my kitchen set up and design. I returned the sink per my contractor's advice and instructions noted in Amazon.com web site, and proceeded to purchase another sink.Although my kitchen project was delayed as the result of "wrong item being ordered" I am pleased by the manner by which the whole process, including the purchase and return of the ordered item was was handeled.Amazon delivery and return process worked well as indicated on the web site. This was my first experience using internet to purchase a large ticket item. As such I will not hesitate to use Amazon for purchasing other items.
