A Well-Made Faucet

Easy to install. Looks sleek and modern. Operates smoothly (as it should, I agree, but that's not always the case with new purchases). Even at high volume, sink splashing is minimized by the well aerated flowNoticed a slight dripping in back of the aerator when the water was turned on. Tightening the aerator helped but not completely. Didn't want to tighten it too much, so I removed the aerator for a look/see and found the threads on the wand stripped. After calling Delta and explaining, they -- without hesitation -- offered to send a new wand, which I got in about three days. They also said not to bother sending the defective one back. Nice way of treating customers, I would say. I expect my satisfaction to continue for a long time.
