OK for the price

While I can't complain about the great price on this sheet set (less than $30 for a king-sized set) I can't really gush about the softness of the set given that it's supposed to be 500 thread count. It's not horribly uncomfortable but it certainly doesn't even remotely approach the kind of quality I would expect with this high of a thread count. Even after washing the sheets feel stiff and almost a bit scratchy. But you get what you pay for. If I'd paid what is listed as "retail price" for this set I'd certainly be upset but like I said, less than $30 is a reasonable price for these sheets.

Fantastic sheets...

I disagree with the previous reviewers. It is true that the sheets wrinkle upon mechanical drying. This, however, is due to their thread count. 500 TPI sheets are far more suscebptible to wrinkles; this is simply a matter of the cloth flexibility. High temperature drying/cooling fixes the wrinkles in position.I love the sheets. They're well-cut, well-made, and beautifully-colored.

Not at all Pink.

Awesome, wonderful, scrumptious sheets. Very soft, great quality. I just wanted to make a comment about the color.I got the Rosewood because, online, it looked like a nice, pale, fluffy sort of pink. When I got them, the color turned out to be really a washed-out purple. Much, much darker than they appeared in the photo . . . in fact, not even the same color at all.I don't mind. I like purple, too. But I really was hoping for a softer color. Just a warning to others.I still like the sheets.
