Item was received in brand new condition in a timely manner. However, the product was not the same as the product picture on Amazon.com which since has changed to the correct picture. No fault to Amazon, the manufacturer changed the blade irons but kept the same model number. The supplier, Del Mar Designs, was awesome. They helped me tremendously and made my return a pleasant experience. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I definitely would recommend them. Thanks.
