Ok but not great

When I first opened the box everything looked fine. Once I got everything out of the box to examine it is when I noticed the small dents in the bottom of the pot and the lid wouldn't sit flush (actually the lid has about a 1 inch gap that cant be corrected) The dents don't bother me as much as the problem with the lid. I understand that things aren't always handled very gently in shipping and the dents aren't going to affect the performance of the pot. The lid not sitting flush was an oversight of whoever inspected it before it left the manufacturer. And when I spend this much money I want every thing to fit properly. Poor quality control is why I gave it three stars.

Good pot. Lid will ding up easy around the edges if not careful, but otherwise a good pot. Seems to be rugged enough to endure heavy use.
