This is an excellent all around item for stews, soups and long-cooking dishes.Although this color is now no longer available, the kiwi will go well with othercurrent colors available in Le Creuset. The enamel cleans easily and food cooksevenly. The french oven holds heat well once the food is cooked.Le Creuset sets last for years.
