Awesome scanner!

I purchased this scanner (with headset) about 1 month ago and I'm thoroughly pleased with the scanner itself; I haven't used the headset as yet as it is quite large and heavy. I've had no problem at all with the reception or clarity and the volume is good as well. I love the portability of this unit; I only wish the batteries lasted a bit longer, but...oh well. I use the rechargeable batteries and they last about 12-15 hours of constant use. Maybe that is acceptable for rechargeables, I've never used them before now. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend this scanner to anyone looking for a good, reasonably priced, portable scanner.

Got this as a gift for my husband. Works nice but not extremely user friendly to figure out. You need the instructions every time you go to a race to put the codes in to remember all the steps. Otherwise you can't figure it out easily.

The scanner's range is minimal in some areas but it seems to work well. The headset never arrived. Don't order it from this seller.
