Customer Service the way it should be done!

When this necklace originally came in, there was a small issue so I contacted the seller. They had me return the necklace free of charge and sent me another, this one even more stunning than the first.They were easy to get in touch with, courteous on the phone, and very concerned with my overall satisfaction of the necklace. No visable flaws....so pretty....great luster....pricey but worth it. Purchased for my pregnant daughter for Christmas. Box was sort of cheapy looking but the pearls were nice.
