Great chain, great value

Great chain for the money.Pros:Heavy dutyLock is well built and operates well.Nice cover over chain to protect paintCons:Keys for the lock feel cheap and look crappy, (they do work fine)Other notes:It's very heavy. This is not a Con, probably more of a Pro, but it should be considered. I carry it in my tank bag on my motorcycle and it's noticeable.Overall great value for the money. I'd buy it again if I find the need for another chain.

My bike is secure now

I don't park my bike on the street. She is in my closed backyard tied to the deck post. I think this lock and chain provides enough security for me. I like the finish and quality. I don't know how good the lock is but seems like it is the weakest link. But that is because the chain is so thick and heavy. I would make sure you apply some lubricant on the key hole, but that is something that I would do with any lock that will be exposed to the elements.

Exactly as Described, It is very heavy and seems like it would be hard to bypass. I used this mostly as a deterrent from stealing my bike, it can loop through the frame and both wheels of two bikes and be locked around a pole. It can be annoying to transport as a bike lock so I only use it when needed in SF.It comes with a nice ring at one end so that it can slip around the other side. It acts like a slip knot and only needs to be locked at one end.
