Sturdy well made stand.

This stand is the brute force, take no prisoners kind of swing stand and it is wonderful! 80 some pounds of 12 gauge powder coated metal that is not going to tip over or rust.I wanted a swing stand that could stand up to use, I believe I have it.My kind of furniture. Easy to put together. Shipped pretty quick.Swing chairs are great but it gets kinda complicated when you get to stands, some are prone to tip, have low weight limits and you really do not want to ask a guest "Say, before you sit in that, what do you weigh?" Not cool.Neither is dumping someone on the ground. This stand takes care of those concerns and I am very pleased with it.

Save your time and hassles with correct dimensions

The product itself deserves 5 stars. Its beautiful, well made and sturdy enough to last forever. I took the star off as it fails to give correct dimensions. IT WILL NOT FIT 5 ft SWING. Not even 4 ft correctly. The distance between the hooks that are suppose to hang swing is 3 ft 8 in (yes not even 4 ft). The internal width is barely 5 ft. So it impossible to use it with 5ft swing. While 4 ft swing will fit, the chains would not be perfectly vertical due to <4ft distance between hooks. I think it is designed for single swing/chair style hammock. So save your time with this important information. Luckily, Amazon has awesome return policy.

Make sure you have 2 wrenches to assemble this.It seems durable. It's black finish is nice, but did arrive slightly chipped at the edges. Overall a good buy. It does seem though that the legs aren't perfectly straight.
