Dig this cymbal

This is a great sounding cymbal. Right for the price too. Thick and trashy. The bell wasn't so great for me though. I ordered a stag black metal bell and stacked them. Perfect match. My china's inverted though. You won't be dissapointed by this cymbal. You could only do better getting something hand hammered. Which is $$$$$

While many if not most people don't use Amazon as their musical goods provider, I purchased this cymbal here for a couple of simple reasons: I couldn't find the 18 inch model for sale elsewhere, and I love the shipping options Amazon Prime affords. To give Guitar Center props, I did check out the ratings and comments on the 16" model where lots of folks discussed the 18" inch anyway. The cymbal itself is sturdy, shiny, and sounds trashy and LOUD; great for your typical "make the mosh pit" moments. As a side note, I know it wasn't made with this in mind (heck, maybe it was), but with some tinkering you can coax some really pretty sounds out of the tiny bell. Overall, a great, solid addition to your throne room!
