Shipping took too long and customer service was awful

I always buy Genzyme OSOM tests for testing because they are very sensitive. These tests performed as expected. The customer service on the other had was awful. I had to contact them three times before they finally answered me on the shipment of my item. I feel they only got back to me because I threatened to cancel. Then they lied and told me they were sending a "replacement" item; yet the billing for the tracking info they sent had been received the day after I bought them. It was obvious they were lying about sending a new box; I told them I knew it wasn't a replacement and thanked them for finally giving me the tracking info. I never head back but did get finally get my tests.I gave these 4 stars because the tests are good and the price was great. I won't be buying from this listing again though.

Positive Only 7 Days After Ovulation!

No evaporation lines on this super early home pregnancy test - incredibly easy to read results with a unique black dye that makes any other test feel inaccurate.

These HPTs are INCREDIBLY sensitive. I've never had false positives and had super faint lines show up as early as 8dpt equivalent. They are great tests!
