Baby Harp TM, 12 Strings (Item Code: HPBY) This functioning harp has an engraved rosewood frame with a birch soundboard. Featuring 12 DuPont hard nylon strings with a range from F above Middle C to High C. There are no sharpening levers. A tuning tool and an extra string set are included. Instruction book sold separately. Approximately 21" high.

This is a great little harp

This harp did not cost so much. It is a beuautiful little harp. I was disappointed with the strings. They are pvc or some sort of plastic. They do not tune very well. I am going to look into replacing the stings myself, like a guitar. I don't know if this is possible but if it is. I won't be upset about the money I spent on a harp that you can't tune.

Good Beginner's Harp

I have thus far enjoyed learning to play on this little harp. The design is beautiful and easy to use. My only complaint would be the plastic strings. I have to tune my harp several times a day if I want it to sound at all pleasing. Investing in new strings will be a must for any who choose to purchase this item. All in all I am happy with my purchase. I got what I paid for.

My granddaughter (a musician) was completely delighted when she opened this gift from me. Twelve strings are a great introduction to the harp, and this instrument doesn't take much room. Beautifully crafted with carving on the wood.
