Unfinished so you can stain as you like to fit any decor or leave unfinished for the rustic look. Complete with quality 8" cotton/fibre-foam futon in hunter green. Our futons use premium Fibre-Foam which has a higher resilency and a much longer life than most futons sold today. if a 7monthpregnant woman could put it together,u can do it.get a futon mattress cover for it.if u want to make a bed out of it,get a foam mattress pad n u good to go.nice item for the price
