It's "okay"

I thought the living room would be a must-have for the Twin Time dollhouse, but really the only appealing piece of this set for the kids is the dog. There really isn't a good space for this set in the dollhouse, because the house comes with a blue armchair (this set comes with a blue recliner). The lamp is ok (the headphones attached are kind of cute). But the kids aren't that interested in this set. If you're trying to decide between what sets to get, I would get the kitchen & bathroom and possibly parents' bedroom first before getting this one. My kids love the toilets that come with the bathroom. ;-)

Perfest for the Grand Doll House

My daughter bought this for her grand dollhouse she received from her grandparents. Very cute and goes well in that dollhouse. However, the price listed here on Amazon is way out of line. If you pay more than Fisher Price's list price of $12, you're crazy. We paid $10.95. The $49.95 listed here is a complete ripoff.

I grew up playing with the Fisher Price Loving Family dollhouse and sets and I bought this one for my little sister who inherited my massive collection. This set is good, but not my favorite. I liked the bookshelf best, as it fits perfectly into any corner of your dollhouse. The little lamp and table are also small and since they're not the traditionally square tables that Fisher Price used to put out for the Loving Family doullhouses (dollhomes?), it also fits into small little nooks and crannies. Other than that, the little shelving unit was almost never used when we were decorating the house and the oversize recliner was sometimes difficult to fit into one of the smaller rooms.It's all extremely durable, as usual and my sister enjoys it. However, I'm pretty sure I paid like ten to twelve dollars for this. Seventy bucks? What the crap? Do they want a kidney and my firstborn child, too? Save your money and look for this set at Toys R Us.
