It works as advertised

Many good reviews but Amazon's shopping experience is a little confusing trying to figure out which models have the manual switch or timer. Amazon should show the correct picture with each model so the customer can see what they are purchasing.1) The "Easy-Comfort Switch" models might say Standard or Classic/Plus. These have the manual on/off switch and doesn't have a timer, and is packaged in red boxes. The switch works by holding it down. Press the switch and the pad gets hot, quickly.2) The MaxHEAT/Plus models come with the "One-Touch Switch" which means it has the 20 minute timer, and is packaged in black boxes.Thermophore is made by (Battle Creek) Equipment.

Battle Creek puts out the best moist heat pad available. I have had five neck injuries. Currently, I have RA. I own one large moist heat pad for my back and am on my 4th neck pad since 1983. I use the neck pad for multiple areas, but primarily my neck.

Let Down

This product quit working after six months. Trying to get the company to honor the year warranty. Will let you know how this works out for me.
