Great product, still the best floor mat from Nifty/Lund

Great floor mat, fits very well in my '03 Sierra Crew Cab.Good customer service story:I received a medium-light gray color but was expecting Charcoal (which is supposed to be a very dark grey, nearly black). The box had P/N 621455 which was correct. I returned my first order thru Amazon and purchased another set...same problem. I ended up speaking with the Lund's customer service dept who confirmed that 621455 should be a nearly black color. They had me email pictures of the floor mat and immediately agreed that something might have been mixed up with the colors on their end. They shipped another mat immediately and this new one was the right color. No hassles, great service.

If you've never used nifty before don't wait. I have a front set in another truck for a 5 years now they do look a little worn but that goes with anything but nothing like what I've seen with mats from the store you buy while getting laundry soap. This one didn't have the anchors like my fronts do but I think there front mats have that for safety reasons witch is a plus you get with nifty.
