Does it's job! Hasn't failed me yet!

I just bought this amp and wired it to my deck (Alpine CDA-9807) and my 4 speakers (pair of Alpine SPR-17LS in the front and a pair of Alpine SPR-69LP in the back) and it runs PERFECT. As for the power this thing makes, I used to run my speakers straight from the deck, but now that I am using this amp, the sound is TWICE as good! I turned it up as loud as I could (until the point of minor distortion) but of course, it's so loud that I had to get out of my car (which wasn't necessary before, when I "maxed" out my speakers running straight from the deck). The "highs" hit soooo clearly, it's amazing, but that's probably partly due to the quality of the speakers. This amp will probably get your speakers as loud as you want them. This amp probably won't win you very many competitions, but for your own personal music-listening needs, I'm sure it's sufficient. If you want your music so loud that you cannot even stay in the car and listen to it, then this amp is for you. If you want your music so loud that you cannot even be within 5 feet of your car without breaking your ear drums, then I suggest going for the MRV-F545.
