Had the wrong item (my mistake) but they very quickly rectified the problem, and we now have the correct (H6) item. They are awesome to deal with!

We tried a less expensive option and it just didn't work for us. We had no problems and no regrets once we stepped up to the Shure solution. It picks up well and there are no drop outs.
